1. To submit an application to log a property on to the Propstop website you must submit a completed registration form to the company before you may proceed. We will in turn send you an email confirming registration, allowing you to continue.

2. The website will still be available to browse without registration.

3. By completing the registration process you are confirming the information you are providing is true and accurate.

4. Propstop will undertake to keep any information submitted as part of the registration process secure and confidential.

5. Propstop reserves the right to remove information submitted by a third party from the site and suspend any further dealings with any user who is found to be in contravention of any of the terms and conditions included within this document.

4. Intellectual property

1. The copyright and all intellectual property rights featured on the site belong to Propstop. All such rights are reserved.

Arrangements to view a property are at the sole discretion of the vendor / person letting the property and Propstop will not get involved in any contact, meetings or negotiations pertaining to specific properties.

5. You are strongly recommended to take professional advice both legal and financial if you choose to accept an offer on the sale of your property.

6. Property Listing

1. Propstop Ltd will receive no commission from the sale or letting of your property.

2. As part of this service, Propstop Ltd will guarantee that your property will be listed on our website (www.propstop.co.uk). However, affiliated websites may be subject to change as they may not be controlled or influenced by Propstop Ltd, therefore we cannot guarantee your listings continued presence on these websites.  Propstop Ltd will endeavour to continue listing properties with these affiliated websites and to expand to new portals where possible.

3. Propstop Ltd reserves the right to disable your listing should we be unable to contact the vendor over a long period of time, deeming your listing as now being inactive.

4. The vendor shall indemnify Propstop, its proprietors, directors, employees or agents against any claim that may be made regarding the property or any misdescriptions that arise wholly or partially out of the act or default of the seller.

5. Propstop Ltd will endeavour to forward you any viewing requests or offers on your property as promptly as reasonably possible, unless instructed otherwise.

6. Once payment has been received by Propstop, we will supply and install a Board at the property. Installation of the Board may take up to 2 weeks from receipt of payment.

7. Limitations of liability

1. Although details submitted by users of the Propstop site will be monitored, Propstop do not accept any liability for the accuracy of information displayed on the site provided by clients or third parties. Propstop therefore do not accept any liability for interpretation of client or third party material and the consequences of the reliance placed upon such information.

2. Propstop will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user either directly or indirectly as a result of utilising the site.

3. Propstop will not be held liable for any software intrusion that may occur as a result of downloading information from the site. It is the responsibility of the person accessing the site to ensure they have appropriate anti-virus software in place.

8. Refund Policy

1. Should you not be satisfied with the Propstop service, Propstop allows you the right to cancel your listing within seven days of payment by providing written notice. Your payment would then be refunded in full. Your payment will be re-credited within 21 days of the cancellation.

9. Changes to terms and conditions

1. Propstop reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as a result of improvements to the services provided, changes in legislation and commercial development.

2. Any amendments will be included within the terms and conditions section of the site and will come into effect immediately they are posted. As a user of this site you are advised to check regularly for any changes or updates.
