Uploading your property only takes 5 minutes and you can add pictures, full descriptions, videos and room sizes among other things. Also, if you would like a For Sale/To Let Board, we can get one professionally installed at your property for an additional £30.
• Once you have uploaded your property to Propstop, potential buyers/tenants will be able to contact us direct, allowing one of our staff members to qualify them fully before passing their details on to you. Alternatively, they can contact you through the Propstop website enquiry button, meaning as soon as somebody shows an interest, no matter what time of day, you will know about it.
• There are no extra costs or commission, and our staff are always available to help you along the way.

Once you have added your property it will be listed on our website immediately, you will then receive an invoice from the Propstop Team for the amount payable, we ask for payment within 3 working days.

Our Service Includes:

If you don’t want to pay agency fees but would like to eliminate the hassle of doing all of your property details yourself, this may be the option for you. You will be assigned a Property Manager, who will in turn visit your property and provide:

• Valuation: Your Property Manager will visit the property for sale and give you a valuation. We will advise you on the asking price we feel you should market the property for, but the final decision will be yours.
• Property Sale Details: Whilst visiting your property we will gather information and then write up full property details for you, these will be loaded on to the Propstop website and relevant portals.
• Room Measurements: We will take comprehensive room measurements and add them to your property details.
• Pictures: We will take photographs, both internal and external to show your property in the best light.
• Video: We will take walk through videos of the property and load it onto your Propstop details for you.
• For Sale Board: We will provide you with a Propstop "For Sale" board and arrange for it to be fixed by a specialist signage company at no extra charge.
• Help and Advice: This Pack will provide you with as much information and advice as we can to ensure the sale process goes smoothly. We will also provide a list of companies who can offer everything from Legal services, condition surveys and EPC’s. Your assigned Property Manager will also be on hand should you need any further information.

Your Property Manager will also handle any enquiries on your property, qualifying them fully and taking as much information as possible before forwarding you their details via telephone, email or any other preferred method. This will then allow you decide which potential buyers you would like to contact to pursue further. From this point, the potential buyer will deal with you directly, with your Property Manager being on hand should you require any advice.
